The five questions every buyer asks before booking.

What happens if we drop or damage the lift during the trial?

As long as you handle the lift per the instructions, with the same care you'd give any company-owned trial equipment, Safelift covers normal wear. In the event of actual damage we contact you before billing anything and walk through the situation together. We have never taken a customer to dispute over a trial period.

Do we need a forklift to unload?

No. The lift arrives on an EU pallet with a built-in ramp. One person rolls it off in five minutes. The only requirement is that the truck can reach your loading dock or doorway, which you specify in the booking.

How fast can you deliver?

Monday next week is standard. Book before Thursday afternoon and the lift is on your floor the following Monday. For urgent needs, call us directly. We always keep two models on standby.

Is the lift CE-marked and approved for workplaces across Europe and the UK?

Yes. Manufactured in Sweden, CE-marked to EN280 (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms), and compliant with the national workplace-safety requirements that govern personnel lifts across the EU and UK. Documentation ships with the lift.

Can we extend or buy directly after the trial?

Yes to both. Decide on extending by day 13 and we simply move the pickup. Buying after the trial means the lift you've been running becomes yours. No swap, no new installation.
